IBMSDE is aimed at promoting management & skill development programs in rural & sub-urban areas in order to promote employment among Indian youth. Skills & knowledge are the driving forces of socio-economic growth of any developing Nation. India lacks 5% below of global standards in having skilled work force. Realizing the potential of Indian youth population, IBMSDE has divided into many teams to favor the growth of Women Development, Child Development, Economically backward -class welfare, SC/ST Welfare, Minority Welfare. Health & fitness welfare, Differently abled welfare, Rural Poverty Alleviation, Women entrepreneurship, Financial Assistance, Start-up Partnering, NGO Partnering and Leadership training (OBT).
Corporate Social Responsibility
IBMSDE has also initiated its mobile food truck project in the name CWV(Chai Wala Vahan) to provide job opportunities to thousands of youngsters by having tie-up with Prime Minister Employment Generation Program through Bank of Baroda. Each food truck can provide employment to 5 youngsters and create their own jobs, and each truck is potential of earning 2 lacs per month. Akshith Kumar Enterprises Pvt Ltd & Saisha Educational and charitable trust sponsors 15lacs INR every year to conduct training & other workshops to increase skill based jobs in India to fight against unemployment in this Nation. Brain Factory HR Consulting Group, conducts job fairs at various places to attract youngsters towards employment and entrepreneurship activities. Dr. Gopi Kannan has helped created more than 900 entrepreneurs over a period of 10yrs by constantly motivating them in different aspects of entrepreneurship.
